Today marks the first day of the third trimester. As a reminder, for every three tardies per trimester, tardy time will be issued. Students are tardy after 7:50am. Excessive tardies will affect students’ work habits grades. Report cards will be sent home on Friday. Tomorrow, students will be assigned new table seats and sit spots in the classroom.
The trimester awards will be given out this Friday, March 15 after Mass. To earn the citizenship award, students must receive an O (outstanding) in both behavior and work habits. I will email you tomorrow if your child will be receiving a citizenship award.
This week our focus is on the digraph ch and sight words she, all, over, her, when, some. In math we will count, model, and write numbers to 17. In reading, we are focusing on the role of the author and illustrator in creating books.
