Dear Students, Parents/Guardians,
We have had a great start to our Fall Fundraiser, thanks to Mrs. Nakayama, who has led us in our weekly Trojan drawings. This Wednesday, 9/25, is our last drawing. All monies are due on 10/4, when our Fall Fundraiser concludes. Early birds who turn in their money on 9/23 will be able to qualify for incentives, including the BMX bike show! It’s a joy to see our students enjoy this honored tradition of Trojan Drawings. Last year we raised $20,000 for our school. Let’s keep selling and break this record by 10/4. Congratulations to all our winners. Keep selling! As a reminder, in 2 weeks we have our Parent Conference Week. We will have NOON DISMISSALS from October 7-October 11, 2019, so please pick up your children at noon that week after school or they will be sent to daycare, which is $8/day per child, from 12-6pm. That week is also our Scholastic Book Fair so thank you for your support!
Next week we welcome October, which is the month of the Rosary. A devotion to Our Lady is a tradition that has long been embraced here at St. Anthony’s and all of our teachers and students will be doing various activities this month in order to help instill this special prayer and relationship with our Blessed Mother to our children. I invite you as well to spend time praying the Rosary this month and to keep in mind the many special intentions of our school families. We also want to wish our Music and Theater teacher, Mrs. Jessica Garcia a very happy birthday on 9/25!
Mrs. Grey, Principal
