Dear Students, Parents/Guardians,
Thank you for a successful Parent Conference week! We appreciate all those who came out to support our Scholastic Book Fair, and who purchased food, treats, and specialty drinks last week from the Coastal Coffees and Tastyblock trucks! A portion of all proceeds go back to our school. We plan to do another week-long Scholastic Book Fair in March 2020, so we can earn a 70% return in Scholastic Dollars on both book fairs combined! Please stay tuned for more details. Thank you to Lourdes Islas, Pattie Padilla, and our PLC Library Lead, Claudia Garcia. We are thankful to you and our wonderful volunteers! Congratulations to the students who will be having lunch with Clifford, the Big Red Dog!
Our Schoolwide Learning Expectations (SLE) FAST sweatshirts were delivered last week by Vicki Marsha Uniform. The grey sweatshirts came out beautifully! Families asked if they could still purchase the Limited Edition uniform sweatshirt, so we have extended the flash sale to Nov. 1. Our school gets a percentage back for every sweatshirt sold. Please support this school fundraiser. Thank you!

Thank you to the parents who helped on Saturday, 10/12, for the ICF Scholarship Dinner setup from 1-3pm. Connie Bohannon was very grateful! Parents who volunteer on Saturdays (every 2-3 weeks) can earn service hours cleaning our school with the Interior Maintenance PLC. We have 4 people on the committee and we need 8 more adults. Please join the group! Claudia Guzman and Priscilla Ortiz are our chairs. Email Mrs. Grey at agrey@stanthonygardena.org if interested in joining.
