Dear Parents and Guardians,
First off, I wish to send a heartfelt thank you to all who made my birthday a memorable one last Tuesday. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the kind gestures of love and appreciation, and for making me feel so special. It is a tremendous blessing to be alive, and to serve our school community here at St. Anthony’s.
I also want to say how proud I am of our Student Government officers. They served us so well this year. Thank you to Mr. Perry for spearheading our Student Government and for leading our elections. Our inauguration ceremony was beautiful, and the torch has officially been passed. I commend all our new leaders, especially our President, Jheylen DeLeon, who is serving her second year as our Commissioner General! Congratulations once again to our outgoing 8th graders on a job well done. We wish you, Meleana Dyogi and Emmanuel Gillam all the best at PMA next year, as Onward Scholars!
This is our 8th graders’ last week of school. Our prayers go with them as they prepare for graduation (this Friday, June 11) and beyond. We pray that they continue to represent our school and their families well. As a special remembrance, yearbooks will be given to all who purchased one. Signing will take place this and next week.
Our 3rd Trimester Awards will take place in person in the church on our last day of school, Thursday, June 17 after the 8am Mass. Those who cannot attend will be able to stop by the school after the ceremony to pick up all awards from their child’s teacher.. Please look out for more information from your child’s teacher re: the schedule for the last week of school. Since it’s a short week, some teachers may opt to have the last week of school online. If you have borrowed any library books or school-owned devices like laptops or Chromebooks, they are due back to the office by this Thursday, June 10.
For planning purposes, our first day of school in the fall is August 18. We plan to reopen fully with in-person classes. Vicki Marsha Uniform will be back on campus on August 6 in the Hall from 3:30-5pm, and September 8 in Room 7 from 4-8pm.

SCHOOL DONATIONS
For families looking to pay off their service hour commitment, our school gives the option to buy Scrip and donate to the school for overhead expenses. We buy a lot of materials and supplies from Home Depot, Target, Sam’s Club/Walmart and Office Depot for Beautification and much needed supplies, so if you buy Scrip valued at $10/hour and donate it to the school to offset costs, we will credit your service hour account. Thanks for your generosity to our school!
