Good Morning Third Grade Families!
The kids had an absolutely marvelous time at Ocean Institute this past week. They went through instructor lead stations to look at different fish and sea life under microscopes and in tanks, studying their shells and life cycles. They even dissected a squid! The Ocean Institute funded this fun adventure, and we are writing thank you letters about what they learned through their experience!
Monday no school: We are celebrating the revolutionary activist and pacifist Dr. Martin Luther King jr.
This week we will be doing Teaching Touching Safety presentations in grades 3-5. There have been a lot of forms recently, and we are going to need your beautiful signature on another. If you can upload the TTS form to google classroom, that would be very appreciated. If not, I will take hard copies on Tuesday. If you need a printout, please let me know. We will be doing the presentation on Thursday. Please let me know if you have any questions.
