First Grade

Welcome to the First Grade Home Page!

Natalie Lozano is excited to share her love of reading and learning with the students at St. Anthony of Padua school! She is a graduate of Queens University of Charlotte with her B.A. in Elementary Education with a minor in Religion. She also holds her teaching credential for grades K-6. Currently, she is pursuing her M.A. in Reading Instruction at Loyola Marymount University through the Partners in Los Angeles Catholic Education (PLACE) program.

In her free time, Ms. Lozano likes hiking, being outdoors, yoga, and dance. This past year, she thoroughly enjoyed choreographing the 4th-8th grade SAP production of, Singin’ in the Rain. Ms. Lozano is a Northern California native (Go Giants!!), and has also enjoyed exploring Southern California with her first graders through field trips to the Los Angeles Zoo and the theatre in San Pedro. She hopes to instill a love for learning through each and every one of her students that extends outside the classroom while helping her students deepen their relationship with Christ
