Welcome to the Seventh Grade Home Page!

We are happy to announce that Mr. De Loera is joining the administrative team as Assistant Principal here at St. Anthony of Padua and will be helping implement our mission for the school.

Mr. De Loera has been an educator for the past ten years, working with students in grades K-12 teaching Technology, Special Education, Religion and Social Studies. He is currently the 7th grade History, Religion and homeroom teacher. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Cal State Fullerton and received his teaching credential form Vanguard University. He is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Educational Leadership at Mount St. Mary’s University.

Mr. De Loera has a passion for service in the Church and has seen the necessity not only of a great education but that of spiritual nourishment for our youth. He is currently a catechist for youth and adults in his home parish and helps organize World Youth Day trips every three years. He strongly believes in St. Anthony’s school mission: “to meet the religious, moral, intellectual, social, cultural, physical, and psychological needs of its students to prepare them for the challenges of the 21st century.” As a teacher and a newly appointed administrator Mr. De Loera commits himself to contributing to this mission and keeping it a highest priority here at St. Anthony of Padua.
