Dear Students, Parents/Guardians,
As our Fall Fundraiser comes to an end, I’d like to thank Mrs. Nakayama and Mrs. Angelic Nunez-Scott for their support and enthusiasm in helping us raise funds for our school. Thank you to all who participated! Congratulations to our winners and all who submitted sale money by the Early Bird deadline! All monies are due by October 4, or you will be invoiced.
October is the month of the Rosary and it is also Respect Life month, so please pray as often as you can with your families. As a school, we will pray a decade every day at morning assembly. Thank you to all who supported our first mandatory school bake sale.
Mrs. Grey, Principal

FAMILY INCOME SURVEY
Parents, please turn in your updated Family Income Survey Forms . All families are asked to complete this annually. You do not need to fill in your name as this is optional. These numbers are important for us to be able to see our eligibility to receive federal and state programs and funds and grants from donors. Thank you in advance!
SOCIAL MEDIA AND REFERRAL INCENTIVES
Please invite other wonderful families like yourselves to come to our school, and receive some great incentives for your referral (up to $150 in a year in Scrip). Also, please post pictures of our school events on your social media pages (like Instagram, FB, Twitter) and tag us at #sapschoolgardena. Parents, we welcome photos for the yearbook! Please send them to your classroom teachers throughout the year.
SERVICE HOURS FOR SCREENSHOTS OF SCHOOL REVIEWS
Families who review our school on Yelp, Google, and Greatschools.org will earn one service hour if they send screen shots to me at agrey@stanthonygardena.org. Thank you for spreading the good word about our school!
SURVEYS
Parents, students, and faculty/staff are asked to fill out the surveys we are sending out this week, to prepare for our March 2020 WASC/WCEA Accreditation Visit. We want and need your input to make our school better and to continuously improve student learning at St. Anthony’s. We also want your feedback on our school’s brand proposition. Thank you!
