VOLLEYBALL INFORMATION FROM COACH ANTHONY
Dear Parents of Girls in grades 5-8,
I hope you are doing well. We had an impressive turnout last week for volleyball tryouts. We’ve extended the tryouts to provide more opportunities, especially for the newer participants. Tryouts are extended on Thursday, 8/31, and Friday, 9/1, from 3:30 -5:30 p.m.
Kindly take note of the following reminders:
- Please make sure to pick up your child right away at 5:30 p.m. after each practice. Gates will be secured after school so you must go to 163rd St. and use the intercom at the front gate to call Daycare to open the gate or release your child to you.
- If, for any reason, you need to withdraw your child from tryouts or practice, kindly inform the coaches in advance.
- If your child cannot attend practice, please notify the coaches.
- It’s crucial for all participants to wear the appropriate knee pads and attire for volleyball practice. Unfortunately, those without the correct gear won’t be allowed to participate. Students should stay hydrated by bringing a water bottle.
I really appreciate your continuous support.
Warm regards,
Coach Anthony
