Target Vocabulary (Maniac Magee Chapters 30 – 39)
1. forlorn – lonely and sad
2. perilous – full of risk or danger
3. exuberance – a show of excitement and exuberance
4. marooned – means trapped
5. ludicrous – to be foolish or ridiculous

For students under the age of 13, parental awareness is crucial. We recommend that an adult accompanies all minors during the screening.
