Monday (04/22)
I would like to inform you that I will be attending a professional development tomorrow (04/22). Ms. Ghela Lingao will be my substitute.

Progress Report
I will be sending two copies of your child’s progress report on Tuesday (04/23). Please sign and return one of the copies. A reminder that this is a snapshot of your child’s progress. Kindly discuss their progress and have them reflect on their academic performance.

Mass with Mother Figures

On Friday, April 26, we will have “Mass with Mother Figures”, as an early Mothers’ Day Celebration. Mothers, grandmas, and aunties or other adult mother figures may come to Mass for a special blessing. Mother figures may sit next to their child behind our class.

Please note that Mother Figures are asked to attend Mass that day, but there will be no donuts or muffins after Mass. After mass, classes will resume.

Testing Days
** Tuesday (04/23) – ARK Test
    — This is similar to our STAR Reading and Math but for Religion. 
** Thursday (04/25) – STAR Reading Window 3
** Monday (04/29) – STAR Math Window 3
** Wednesday (05/01) – ELA Benchmark Test
** Friday (05/03) – Math Benchmark test

Please make sure that your child had enough sleep and healthy breakfast before coming to school.

3rd and Final Mandatory General Parent Meeting (05/01)
** $50 fine for non-participation, must attend the whole meeting
** May 1 in the Hall at 6:30PM. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to email Mrs. Grey at  agrey@stanthonygardena.org.

Hundred X Express Feedback for Good (EFG)
** Spring fundraiser begins on May 1. The campaign runs for a month from May 1 – 30.  
** For every quality brand opinion we do, HundredX will give our school $1.60. If one person 75 brand opinions, you will earn a Superstar Status. This fundraiser is for everyone you know who is 18 and over. 
** Every grade level has a team (ours is Faithful Fifths), so be specific who you want the credit to go to, if you have multiple children.

• May 13 – May Crowning, and culmination of All School Marian Consecration (starts 4/10)

• April 19 – Regular School Day, whole staff Professional Development was canceled, this is changed on school calendar, Summer Day Camp registration
• April 23 – Progress reports go home for the 3rd trimester via email from teacher
• April 26 – Mass with Mother Figures in Church at 8am

• May 24 – Scrip cutoff date, Inauguration of new Student Government, GradeLink Blocked, end of 3rd trimester for 8th grade
• May 27 – NO SCHOOL Memorial Day Holiday
• May 29- Classroom Musical Shows (K,2,4) in Hall at 8:30am
• May 30 – Classroom Musical Shows (1,3,5) in Hall at 8:30am
• May 31 -3rd Trimester Service Hours must be tuned in to the office and posted on Gradelink
• May 30, May 31, June 1 – Beauty and the Beast Musical in Hall (4 shows)
